Dapoxetine
Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) medicine which has specially been developed for the treatment of premature ejaculation. It is a SSRI that may prolong intravaginal latency time from less than a minute to an average of over 3 minutes. The mechanism may involve increased serotonin to the brain stem, modulating pudendal nerve activity via descending pathways.
