Amino tadalafil belongs to a class of compounds called PDE5 inhibitors, which is part of a broad spectrum of compounds including many erectile dysfunction compounds such as Vardenafil and Mirodenafil. In a 2017 study, researchers discovered that tadalafil could improve lean mass and muscle function among non-obese male subjects. This suggests the potential of tadalafil as an aid for pre dominantly lean subjects to improve muscle function.
