Enclomiphene Citrate Tablets
Enclomiphene citrate, a nonsteroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), has attracted attention in the fields of endocrinology and reproductive health. Enclomiphene citrate functions by selectively binding to estrogen receptors in the body, particularly in the hypothalamus. By doing so, it inhibits the negative feedback mechanism of estrogen, leading to increased secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) from the hypothalamus. This, in turn, stimulates the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland, ultimately promoting the production of testosterone in the testes.
It’s being extensively studied due to its unique ability to selectively target estrogen receptors, offering potential benefits in various areas, including fertility enhancement and hormonal balance management.
