YK11 is a fairly new synthetic steroid based on the popular 5-α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone naturally found in the human body. DHT is a stronger form of testosterone that targets androgen receptors in sex organs, the prostate, liver and hair. The YK molecule has more in common with steroids than SARMs, although it’s often mistaken as a non-steroidal SARM. It has seen a surge in interest from bodybuilders, who believe it can aid them rapidly build muscle with minimal side effects.
This belief has been confirmed by preliminary cell studies, done on mice, that showed YK-11 capsules may increase muscle mass and enhance bone health.
