If a refund is deemed necessary, we will initiate the refund process for your transaction. However, please be aware that chargebacks are treated seriously. Without prior communication with our customer support team, initiating a chargeback may result in significant consequences, including being banned not only from IronMountainLabz but also from other online vendors.

In such cases, all associated order information will be banned, and we reserve the right to share these details with other online vendors to collectively protect businesses from fraudulent activities. Please note that we do not accept returns.
