Exemestane (Aromasin)
Exemestane (also known as Aromasin) is a member of the class of compounds known as aromatase inhibitors. Aromatase is simply an enzyme that synthesizes estrogen. Aromatase inhibitors block the synthesis of estrogen. A recent study has shown Arimistane to restrict levels of circulating estrogen, which was present in animal test subjects.
