Instead, it falls under the classification of a Rev-erbα agonist, setting it apart from the typical SARMs. In a recent study conducted on diet-induced obese mice, Stenabolic (SR-9009) demonstrated notable outcomes when administered twice daily for 30 days. The results indicated a significant reduction in fat mass and a remarkable improvement in dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia. The observed effects were attributed to the activation of REV-ERB, contributing to an enhanced circadian rhythm in the mice subjects. This not only influenced behavior, sleep cycles, and various physiological functions but also correlated with an increase in energy production.
